Seit mehr als 20 Jahren werden im italienischen Schio Bässe mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch, innovativen Ideen, eigenständigem Design und besten, handverlesenen Hölzern gefertigt. In der MANNE Manufaktur werden alle Instrumente mit viel Liebe zum Detail, in reiner Handarbeit hergestellt. Die daraus resultierenden kleinen Stückzahlen werden unter professionellen Musikern wegen Ihrer hervorragenden Bespielbarkeit, der ausgewogenen Balance und dem Spitzen Klang als Geheimtipp gehandelt.
Weltweites Aufsehen erregte in diesem Jahr die Idee, eine auf zwei Instrumente (Gitarre und Bass) limitierte MANNE Malt Whiskey Special Edition zu fertigen. Andrea Ballarin, kreativer Kopf bei MANNE und passionierter Freund edler schottischer Tropfen, bekam hierzu ein über 100 Jahre altes Eichenholzfass – in diesem einer der besten schottischen Singlemalt Whiskey’s jeweils 16 Jahre reifte – überreicht. Aus dem Holz des Fasses wurden zwei Ausnahmeinstrumente gefertigt, die weltweit ihresgleichen suchen.
MANNE wird auf dem European Bass Day einige Instrumente ausstellen und freut sich auf Euren Besuch.

Since over 20 years, MANNE Basses of high quality have been manufactured in Schio. MANNE instruments combine innovative ideas, outstanding designs and hand selected woods. At the MANNE manufacture, the instruments are all done by hand and with a great deal of love for detail. That leads to only a small number of pieces, but professional musicians from all over the world call them a real sleeper, great capabilities in playing, a fine balance and superb sound included!

In this year, MANNE attracted world-wide attention with creating their strictly limited MANNE Malt Whiskey Special Edition. Andrea Ballarin, chief designer of MANNE and a true friend of fine whiskeys, took an about 100 year old barrel of oak wood – the barrel was used to mature the best Scottish single malt whiskeys – and created two outstanding instruments (guitar & bass) that are absolutely unique.
